Consultants

I wish there was another label under the consultant selection.  Right now there is: personally sponsored, downline, and team.  I would like to delineate between those team members that are in my specific team versus a member of another team.  I believe a HUGE component of helping your teammates is posting encouragement or showing love of some sort on their FB wall or whatever...with that being said, I'd like my focus to be stronger on those inside our team versus those on another team.  For instance; for my team members I'd like to "lift up" 3 members a day, for members on another team?  "Lift Up" one per day.  Just strengthens my focus.
