Getting facebook contacts

I first did the import from facebook on July 4 and then again on July 9 and I'm not getting my archive email. I get the email saying they are getting it ready and will email me but should it really be taking this long??

  I'm getting the same thing, I can't find any way to contact facebook about it either,

  Ok, try going in and requesting it again, but check to see if they give you a link that says "download archive" instead of "request archive." Sometimes they do this and you can just download it right then and there.

  If that doesn't work, submit a ticket to our help desk (The big purple Help on the bottom right inside Teamzy) and we'll walk you through next steps.

  Today is the third week I have tried to get my archive! It did say "download archive" today, so I tried it. Got the same message as the other two times, to look for an email when it's ready. My free trial will be done here, and I haven't even used it yet! I'm getting a bit frustrated. :(
