Customer and Coach Tracking
It would be great if you could help us track how we have gotten our new customers and coaches set up. For example :
New Customer -
- Sign up
- 2. Send welcome email
- 3. Add to challenge group Drive sheet
- 5. Add to challenger email end of month/start of month
- 6. Add to calendar to connect 3 wks post order
- 7. Add to notebook with goals etc
- 8. SEND THANK YOU NOTE
- 9. F/U 3 weeks post to invite to coaching opp
New Coach -
- 2. Set Placement
- 4. Add to calendar to connect 3 wks post order
- 5. Send ABOUT YOU email
- 6. Send WELCOME email
- 7. SEND THANK YOU NOTE
REST OF CHECK LIST AFTER YOUR RECEIVE RESPONSE FROM ABOUT YOU
- 8. Send GETTING STARTED RIGHT TRAINING email
- 9. Send EXPECTATIONS email
- 10. Add to Facebook groups
- 11. Announce in groups with FB post
- 13. Get on a Zoom and go off Getting Satrted Right power point
- 14. SEND POST GSR EMAIL after GSR CALL
Theses are my check lists and now i do them in my drive - it would be great to track them in Teamzy!!!!

This is great! I love this idea for tracking exact status of our people. We may have a lot of similarities on how we onboard our customers and coaches. Maybe give some sort of ability for us to create our own list for tracking or have a standardized one with the ability for us to adjust it to fit our needs.
