Clearing follow ups

I have gotten behind and need to clear out my follow up list. Is there a way to do this?

  Hi Nicole,

  The fastest and easiest way to do it is to go to the Team page.

  Click on Upcoming Follow ups.

  Click on the first name in the list. 

  Over to the right where it says the follow up date, toggle it to Default.

  That person will instantly disappear of the list. Now do the next one, and so on.

  I once cleared 150 in less than five minutes. :)
