Adding info to multiple contacts

I am a new user and am trying to figure out all the features! Is there a way to add the same connect to multiple contacts? For example -- I'm sending out a postcard to about 30 prospects that have fallen off the radar and would love to be able to add that information to all of those contacts at the same time, rather than enter each individually.
