How do I edit a previous connect?

I frequently forget to tag my connects as "invite"s and I would like to go back and do so.  How would I do that?

  Hi Kate, 

  To backdate an already saved activity:
  - Search for the contact using the search field at the top of the page
  - Select Activity Feed tab
  - Click on the Connect or activity you want to edit.
  - Click Edit
  - Select dropdown in the lower left to edit invite
  -Select dropdown to the upper right to Edit the date.
